Tree reports for Mortgage & Insurance Purposes

We provide a full service of tree reports for both mortgage and subsidence purposes and try to ensure these services are carried out as promptly as possible, usually within 7 working days.

Development Site Surveys and Report

A development site survey is generally needed for any development proposal that may affect trees or woodland. We undertake all surveys to British Standard 5837 Trees in relation to construction, 2005.

Once identified, the significance of the problems can be assessed and advice offered regarding the best solutions.

Woodland Management Plans

Management plans should be designed to create and/or enhance the ecological significance of a woodland. A plan should cover issues such as species selection, re-planting, natural regeneration and thinning regimes. All plans take into account site specific factors such as the presence of notable or rare flora and fauna.
